Gilmore VIP Photo (the “Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients, leads and contacts (the “you”, “your”).  2. How We Collect It

  • Via online forms on our website when you request a session or join our contact list

  • Via your consent to receive text messages from us (for example signing up or opting into our texting list)

  • Via communications you send us (for example responding to a text)

  • Via cookies or tracking technologies on our website (if applicable)

 3. How We Use the Information
We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To contact you about sessions, appointments, updates, promotions, or other communications you have requested or authorized

  • To send you text messages if you have opted-in to receive them, including appointment reminders, session notifications, special offers, or studio news

  • To administer and improve our services, website, and communications

  • To comply with legal obligations

 4. Text Messaging Program
 If you have opted-in to receive text messages from us, you will receive messages of the following types: appointment reminders, studio updates, promotions, news, and other information related to your photography sessions or interest in our services.
Message frequency: You may receive up to 4 to 6 messages per month, whichever is less.
Standard text messaging and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
You may opt out at any time (see “Opt-Out” below).

 5. No Third-Party Data Sharing / Sale
We guarantee that we will not sell or share your personal information (including your phone number or name) to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers (such as our texting platform, email vendor, etc.) solely for the purpose of delivering our communications and not for independent marketing.

 6. Data Storage & Security
We store your information on secure servers and take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no transmission over the Internet or storage system is completely secure.
We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy (for example, while you remain a client or subscriber) or as required by law.

 7. Your Rights & Choices

  • You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time (see Opt-Out).

  • You may ask us to update, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us (see Contact Information below).

  • If you are a resident of certain states/countries, you may have additional rights under local privacy law (for example, right to access, restrict processing, etc.).

 8. Opt-Out (Text Messaging)
To stop receiving text messages from us, simply reply STOP to any text you receive from the Studio. After you opt out, we will send you one final message confirming your opt-out, after which we will not send you further marketing or promotional texts. Appointment-only or service-related necessary messages may still be sent if you remain a client and have not opted out of those types of communications.

 9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect when changes are made. Your continued use of our services or participation in our texting program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
